MAX LTD USA Dr. 2000
TO FOREIGN EXCH. FLUCTUATION 2000
I want to know if the company made purchase suffered any loss due to exch. rate diff and why Max ltd has been debited and foreign exch has been credited.

Respected Sir/Ma'am! I am unable to find journal entries for Overdraft/cc limit, diff between overdraft/cc limit has been mentioned only but not journal entries, you are requested to explain journal entries , its effect on P&L a/c and its impact on balance sheet as well.
