What is the GST rate on Additional cost of land like External Development , Internal Development charges, Preferential location charges & IFMS charges ??
How many amount Deducted on his salary after deducting pf Esic and tds
in question 9 CGST and SGST rate different. 10 % & 8%. I think its wrong entry..

Dear sir/medam ,
I m eligible for refund on supplies to SEZ.
But my problem is
Example
Total IGST refund Amt. 10000
I paid 70000 as IGST tax before supplies to SEZ
& 3000 Adjusted from My credit on purchases
Amt. Payable IGST tax 10000
Paid in cash 70000 &
Paid through input tax credit 30000 in 3B return
Still i eligible for refund?
