Question

Hi, I am Interior Designer and trunkey contractor. How should i create my Tax invoice and what is the percentage of GST is applicable.

I cannot maintain a log book. Also i provide service of making & installtion with providing different material such as providing upholstrey, furniture, glass work, electrical items, Steel work, Iron work etc.

It is not possible for me to put different tax slab on single project items.

So my question is how should i claim Tax from my customer.

I am  a GST DEALER in Chandigarh.

My sales and Purchases are in CHANDIGARH,PUNJAB,HARYANA,HP, DELHI and JK.

Can I run my business smoothly with one GST NUMBER in Chandigarh or I should have GST number in each state.

WHICH SERVICES ARE UNDER REVERSE CHARGE OF GST

if a composition dealer supply goods in local station who is a non composition dealer....than does a non composition dealer pay a reverse GST to govt, ??

I have paid medical treatment including hospital bill Rs. 2 lack for My Grandmother who was suffering with Paralysis attack. Please let me can I claim this amount for tax exemption FY2016-17, If yes. then let me under which section 80DD or 80 DDB , Also let me know Maximum limit to claim for tax exemption.
