I had purchased one residential house In WB on OCT.2016 amounting to Rs.19 00 000 Lacs, and sold My old house in WB on july 2017, Sale value ( Market Rate as per Govt, ) 26 00 000.lacs.

1 ) The cost price of old house Market Value Rs 5 00 000 F.Y ( 2002-2003 ). 

2) First floor construction cost  Rs. 2 30 000 F.Y (2003-2004  )

My Question am i entitled to deposit capital gain tax Or not ? please send calculation to me if you agree.
