Sir mere father jinki age 68 years h k naam se Fixed Deposit chl ri h. Or us pr milne wale interest pr tds deduct hota h as per rule of income tax.

Sir hum us  tds ka refund claim krna chahte h to kya unki itr file krni hogi.
Bcz he is not working since 10 years.due to health prblm.

What should we do.
