B RS.160.How Many items of each type should be produced to maximize the profit?

How can we incorporate a tax invoice issued to an unregistered dealer in the GSTR 1.
Whether we require a different  series of invoices 

Is it mandatory to use separate bill for items with zero tax ? Can I include these items along with other items in a single bill ?

I purchase tiles from Gujarat igst 28%.and I am from Orissa. Suppose  I  purchased  10box @ 100=1000
Igst @28@=280
Total =1280
Now freight  per box is rs40. 
Keeping  profits  rs 10 how can I calculate  my landing  cost and all gst taxes if sold inside Orissa.
