Brokerage for Commission for executing a sale of premises.
Total brokerage is 16,35,000.00 + tax as actuals.
Place of business: Vadodara,Gujarat
Invoice is to be sent to a multinational company registered in India @ Chennai.
My company is is based in vadodara and i am getting brokerage (1%)
what should be the tax and HSN code and invoice format.
