I was trying to file ITR for AY 2016 -17 and found this column 3 in section 'TAX DETAILS' - as attached in pic - is different. Usually column heading is 'Amount which is subjected to tax deduction', since TDS is not cut in my case. There is no TDS cut in my case except one, so my question is - Should I leave column 3 blank? I should ideally do that. But then I won't be able to detail my income summary which I could have if column 3 was ' 'Amount which is subjected to tax deduction', So what should I do? pls guide.
