For part 1

  • Option (a) - will be eliminated as ‘who’ is used when one meets a stranger and want to know his identity

  • Option (c) - will be eliminated as ‘what’ is used when one wants to enquire about the species or a non living subject
  • Option (d) - will be eliminated as ‘where’ is used when the question is about the location of the subject

For part 2

  • Option (a) - This is correct
  • Option (b) - will be eliminated as ‘where’ is used when the question is about the location of the subject and not his condition
  • Option (c) -  will be eliminated as ‘where’ is used when the question is about the location of the subject and not his condition
  • Option (d) - will be eliminated as it does not contain all parts of the sentence which include subject, predicate, verb, adverb etc

For part 3

  • Option (a) - will be eliminated as the parts of the sentence are not in correct order
