Why is it not possible to see an atom with naked eyes?

Answer

An atom is a very tiny particle .

The size of an atom is measured in nanometers(nm) .

1 nm = 1/1000000000 meters = 10 -9 nm

Hence, we can not even imagine how small an atom can be, hence it is not possible to see an atom with naked eyes.
