What are hormones?
Different chemicals made by human beings are called hormones
They are secreted (produced) by different endocrine glands
They transport signals from one body part to another.
They also help in various purpose like growth of human beings,change in puberty
What is an endocrine gland?
Organs which secrete hormones are called endocrine glands
They pour hormones directly into blood.
Therefore, they are also known as Ductless glands
