This is the second chapter where we learn more about Food in Class 6. In this chapter, we will learn about the basic components of food i.e. what is our food made up of.

Along with this, we will also learn about how to create a balance of these nutrients in our diet and if we do not consume these nutrients in adequate value then they can lead to their deficiency causing various diseases such as

  • Night Blindness
  • Scurvy
