    Step one : join BD
    Step two : use Pythagorean theorem to find the length of BD which comes 13meters after calculation
    Step 3 : find the area of triangle BDC by 1/2×base×height.
    Step four : find the area of triangle ABD by heron's formula. 
    Step five : add the areas and u will get the final answer. Hope u like it 😊
