Trial Balance is nothing but a collection of different ledgers for profit and loss and balance sheet

Practically,if we pass entry in Tally or some other software

Automatically ledgers,trial balance,profit and loss and balance sheet are prepared

We should know correct entry to be passed for routine and book closure

Also steps for preparation of Balance sheet are same for Trial Balance
