For assumed mean, we find the middle value
1. Count the number of rows in the table
2. If the number of rows
  - is even, (eg: 10), then take assumed mean as the 10/2 = 5th or 6th x_i
  - is odd (eg: 11), choose the middle one, that is the 6th x_i
