    In rough how to do the step3 (2/3)    == 4 - (1/3)

    3(2/3) = 3 + 2/3

    Now, to bring 4 on right side, we add and subtract by 1

    3(2/3) = 3 + 2/3 + 1 - 1

    3(2/3) = (3 + 1) + (2/3 - 1)

    3(2/3) = 4 + (2/3 - 1)

    3(2/3) = 4 - (1 - 2/3)

    3(2/3) = 4 - (1/3)

    3(2/3) = 4 - 1/3
