what is sandplain gerardia?
Agalinis acuta is a yearly light green spice, from 5.0 cm to 30.0 cm tall and sometimes up to 40.0 cm tall, which becomes yellowish after drying. The smooth stem is pitifully precise and is inadequately expanded. Leaves are inverse, direct, scabrous above and up to 2.5 cm long. The pink or purple blossoms, which show up from mid-August to mid-October, are 1.0 cm to 1.3 cm long and borne on slim pedicels 1.0 cm to 2.0 cm long.
Agalinis acuta commonly happens on dry, sandy, poor-supplement soils of scantily vegetated field sandplain conditions and serpentine barrens.
