In Service Tax, under Reverse Charge In Books of B Ltd. If taken cenvat. Please explain journal entry little bit in detail or give explanation why "Input Cenvat Service (Deferred)" is debited.

Input of Cenvat on Reverse Charge will be payable only when we pay it
First we have to pay Service tax and then only we get input of it
Hence we first put it in Deferred A/c
and
After paying it,we can take input by Crediting Deferred A/c and Debiting Input Service A/C
