We are in West bengal , and we have Vat (ITC) on 30 th June 20,00,000/-, Now sold goods to Delhi and charged IGST @ 18%. and total tax liability 2,00,130/-. Can this liability set off with VAT on 30 th June Balance ?

VAT ITC if shown in return is Input SGST

this Input SGST can be set off against output igst
