And,

Now, putting values in equation

Cost of Ploughing the square field = Rate of ploughing x Area of Square

2450 = 2/10 x (Side)²

2450 x 10/2 = (Side)²

(Side)2 = 2450 x 10/2

(Side)2 = 12250

Side = root(12250)

Side = 110.679 m

Thus, length of square  = 110.679 m
