If I sale a furniture (ex.Table) how to show the entry in tally ? under which voucher to show ??? please guide us.....(gst included)

Suppose Furniture haveing value in books of 10000 is sold for 7000

Entry will be

Party Dr 7000

Loss on Sale of Fur 3000

To Furniture 10000

(journal entry in tally)

Bank Dr 7000

To Party 7000

(receipt entry in tally)
