Combustion is a chemical process in which substance reacts with oxygen to give heat and light.
In rusting, metal reacts with oxygen to form oxide. But it takes a long time for iron to rust, it doesn’t happen immediately.
So, we can say that Rusting is an example of slow combustion
In rusting, very small amount of heat is produced,and no light is produced.
