How to Pass Duplicate Entries

Suppose we have passed Entry

1/4/2016

Telephone Exp Dr   2000

          To Airtel                  2000

Now we need to pass Entry ( i.e. we need to copy the above entry )

1/5/2016

Telephone Exp Dr   2100

          To Airtel                  2100

How to Pass

Just Select Existing Entry and Press Alt 2

Steps

1. Open Ledger by Clicking (Display --> Account books --> Ledger --> Open Ledger)
2. Select Period
3. Select Entry (Do not open it)
4. Press Alt 2
5. Make Changes if any
6. Enter Enter or Ctrl A
