New Annual Return in Place of ER4

Manufacturer had to file ER4 (Annual Financial Information Statement) if Annnual Excise duty payable is more than 1 Crore

Due date was 30 Nov of Next year

Now(2015-16)

ER4 abolished

New Annual Return to be given by 30 Nov of Next Year

For Financial Year 2015-16,due date is 30 Nov 2016
