Amendment or Change in Registration Certificate (ST 1)

Registration Certificate (ST1) may be amended in various cases like

• New service provided/received
• Address Changed
• Directors/Partners/Authorized Signatory Changed etc

Time Period for Amendment

Within 30 days of change,

ST1 is to be amended

And

Necessary documents to be submitted to the jurisdictional Assistant/Deputy Commissioner of Central Excise
