• Energy is a basic requirement for economic development. We have to adopt a cautious approach for judicious use of our limited energy resources, because it is rightly said ‘Energy saved is Energy produced’.
• As concerned citizens, we can do our bit by: 

1.   using public transport systems in place of individual vehicles,
2.  switching off electricity when not in use, 
3. using power saving devices and
4.  using non conventional sources of energy.
