1️⃣ The Resident Welfare Association (R.W.A) of Nandipura-II launched a volunteer programme for the young adults in and around the neighborhood on 18 January 2023. 

2️⃣ The programme aims to encourage the youth to participate in various social and environmental activities and to develop their skills and leadership qualities. 3️⃣ The launch event was organised by the R.W.A committee, led by Mr. Rajesh Kumar , the president of the association. 4️⃣ The event was attended by about 50 young adults, aged between 15 and 25 , who registered for the programme.  5️⃣ The event also had some guest speakers , such as Mr. Anil Sharma, a social worker, and Ms. Priya Singh, an environmental activist, who shared their experiences and insights on volunteering. 

6️⃣ The event included a brief introduction of the programme, followed by an interactive session with the guest speakers. The participants were divided into groups and given some tasks to brainstorm and present their ideas on various topics such as waste management, education, health, and women empowerment. The event concluded with a vote of thanks by Mr. Rajesh Kumar, who appreciated the enthusiasm and creativity of the participants. One of them, Ria Gupta, said, “I think this is a great initiative by the R.W.A to involve the young adults in community service. I think volunteering is not only beneficial for society, but also for ourselves. It can help us develop our skills and interests, and also give us a sense of purpose and fulfillment.”
