Answer:
No, there are multiple factors apart from poor-quality medicines that affect low- and middle-income countries. Some of these factors are high rates of infections, the overuse and misuse of antimicrobials and poor sanitation. Only by finding a solution to these problems too can the issue of antimicrobial resistance be fully resolved.
