Migration

Migration of birds (or other animals) is a type of adaptation to escape the harsh and cold conditions of their natural habitat in winter to survive .

Birds often migrate from colder to warmer places to survive. 

For Example -

• One of the most common migratory birds which comes to India every year for a few months is the siberian crane.
• It escapes the cold climate of Siberia to wetlands in India.
