Is distilled water acidic/basic/neutral? How would you verify your answer?

 

Answer:

Distilled water is neutral in nature.

  • This can be verified by the use of litmus paper .
  • Both red litmus and blue litmus wont change their colour when tested with distilled water, thus indicating that distilled water is neutral in nature.
