Answer:

Eraser is a bad conductor of electricity , hence it does not allow the electric current to flow through it. Hence, an electric current can not pass through it.

Even when the circuit is complete , the electric current won’t pass through it because of the presence of a poor conductor, eraser. Therefore the bulb will not glow .
