1.Animals from Prolifera show cellular level of organisation.

1.Animals from Coelenterata show tissue  level of organisation.

2. In Prolifera, there is no division of labour .

2. In Coelenterata, some division of labour is seen.

3. These animals do not contain Coelom.

3. These animals contain Coelom.

4. For example: sycon, spongilla etc.

4. For example: hydra, comb jellies, moon jellies etc.
