- Habitat means a dwelling place or home .
- Habitat provides Food, Water, Air and Shelter to the animals.
- Many kinds of plants and animals live in the same habitat.
Terrestrial Habitat:
The plants and animals that live on land are said to live in Terrestrial habitat.
Example - Forests, Deserts, Mountains, Coastal
Aquatic Habitat:
Habitat of plants and animals that live in water is known as Aquatic habitat.
Example - Lake, Rivers, Oceans
