The process by which cud is brought back from stomach to mouth of animals and chewed again is called Rumination .
What are Ruminants?
Animals which chew cud are known as Ruminants.
What is Rumen and Cud?
The part of the stomach where the animal stores swallowed grass in a part of the stomach in the form of cud, is known as Rumen .
Partially digested food by the animals is known as the Cud.
