  1. Sepals- They are green outermost leaf like floral organs which protect the flower in the bud stage. It is also known as calyx.
  2. Ovules- Ovules are present in the ovary. It contains nucellus( nutritive tissue), female gametophyte (egg) protected by integuments.
  3. Carpel - The female organ of plants is known by two names carpel and pistil.
  4. Pollen grains- They  are present in the anther. These appear as yellow dust and contain the male gamete.
