Name the process of converting vegetable oil to vegetable ghee.

Vegetable oil is an
unsaturated fatty acid
i.e contains double bonds. In order to convert it into vegetable ghee (saturated),
hydrogenation reaction
is carried out which
adds hydrogen
over all the double bonds thereby converting unsaturated fatty acids to saturated fatty acids.
