28 January 2022: The effort of the literacy driven NGO were commended by the District Collector, Shri V. Singh (IAS). On friday morning, he took to press the laudable efforts of 400 volunteers of an NGO focused on encouraging and enculcating literacy for underprivileged children in in the district of Malkangiri, Odisha. The campaign ‘Each One Teach One’ initiated by district administration held training, teaching and maintaining infrastructure so that it may give a new opportunity for these underprivileged children to attain education. They taught a wide variety of languages including english and provided classrooms with blackboards and writing materials. Over the course of 1 year that the campaign was held, more than 60% students progressed to further classes.
