Answer

Eg: Have you ever learn, learnt from a mistake you have made?

We use learnt instead of learn because we’re talking past tense .

(a) Many shouldn’t, won’t /don’t admit doing so. For those who do,

We use won’t/don’t instead of shouldn't as it is the negative verb of will. ‘Many shouldn’t admit doing so’ is incorrect as it fits the sense of what is being said better.

(b) There was , is no need for guilt. We often make mistakes

We use is instead of was as it is an ongoing situation and hence to be taken in present tense.

(c) While taking risks, but all , many brush them aside and learn.

Here, we replace all with many/some as it sounds more fitting in the sentence. ‘But all brush them aside’ sounds grammatically incorrect.
